Hello CNCZone
I am working on controlling my turret punch by PC using mach3 after writing a VB script to customize it for the machine.
But the first thing to consider is the CAM program to produce the G code so that I can recognize the M code responsible for switching the ram of the punch in order to write the VB script for that M code.
So what is the best CAM software do you recommend to do the job with minimum cost.

It is very hard to find good programming software that doesn't cost several thousand dollars. Check out www.turretprogramming.com for inexpensive punching software. I have heard good things about GPUncher.apexengineering
