    g540 with nema34 465oz-in

    hello..
    my cnc router actually 80% complete, now time to get ballscrew..
    my question, can anyone suggest me type of pitch ballscrew suitable for my stepper, i make a wood router....

    Not easy to say. It depends on your length of your long axis and the distance per minute you want for rapids. You can't go too fast in lead screw RPM or you will experience a whipping action and excessive vibration of the lead screw.

    Many use 1/2inch 10TPI 2 start type lead screw.

    no.. i'm not use a lead screw.. now i'm finally assembly 10mm/rev ball screw, now my machine can jog 240ipm, my stepper run 600rpm.. what do you think? good?
