    Shortest path between points? Software?

    Is their any software that can calculate the shortest path through several points?
    If you try to make everything idiot proof, someone will just breed a better idiot!

    If I interpret your question correctly the answer is yes with severe qualifications. Have you ever heard of "the travelling salesman problem"? Here is a link with a bit of information:
