Sorry, it seems you missed my sarcasm.
You provided no information at all, how could anyone help you?
What size is the VFD, how is it powered, what does it power, how is it controlled, what were you doing when it died, what are the symptoms, etc. etc. etc.
So far what you have posted is like telling the doctor you don't feel good and then asking him what medicine you should take.
