    Thin head bolt

I am looking for 5/16-18 grade 8 x .625 long hex bolts that have a reduced head thickness. 3/16 thk would be perfect. I surfed around on the internet with no luck. I could machine the head however that would add too much cost and I would have to replate them. This is for a production assembly that requires 12 pieces per unit. If you know of a place could you let me know please,
    Thanks.
