    Need Spindle Bearings for CMS Lathe

    I have a Compact Manufacturing Systems GTS-27 sland bed lathe that is in dire need of new spindle bearings. They are angular contact pairs, in 3 sizes #7009, 7011, 7012. Anybody know of a good source to get these without spending $400.00 a pair!?

    whats wrong with that price ? actually sounds about right, you can buy angular contact bearings for $15, but not the class 7 stuff a spindle requires.
