drives will not start up.getting no errors but on the maintenance page it says "drive command failed at bmdc".After several attempts you can get the drives to start up.We can run some parts for a hour or so and then get a BMDC COMMUNICATION ERROR.

now after powering down it goes to the machine check blue screen and goes no further.done BMDC (B3T.EXE) board check it says BMDC NOT RUNNING....LOADING BMDC.....WAITING FOR BMDC...BMDC3 TIMEOUT
Either software is corrupted (or CMOS not set correctly) or BMDC is not communicating.
Remove BMDC carefully and clean edge connector with a soft eraser and reinsert.
If still not working try looking for B3T.EXE in DOS on your mass storage device. Run that and see what it tells you.

Ok....got it going and it ran for a whole week and got the BMDC communication error again while it was sitting idle whem operator was on break.Pulled BMDC board and reseated and its running again.All board contacts have been cleaned prior to this.Any ideas?....HELP!!!!!!!!!
