    fanuc spindle drive alarm no-10

    i have one okk cnc vertical milling,model no-PCV 40.
    this mc fanuc spindle drive alarm-10,sometime i off& on the drive alarm comes 16 also. pcb part no-A20B-1003-0010/14B,
    i checked input supply phase to phase 200V ok
    checked drive magnetic conductor,reacter,igbt,rectifier,capaciter all ok.
    alarm comes once i on control 2 to 3 minutes later.
    pls somebody advise me what is the problem?

    (10) Alarm No. 10 .
    Input power voltage
    This aiarm indicates abnormally low AC power voltage (- 15% or less).
    drops.
    This alarm may be generated even during momentary power failures.

    Alarm No. 16
    1 External data memory (RAM) Replace memory
    defective
    2 PCB defective Replace PCB.
