    0M-C homming problem

    Hello,
we have vertical milling center, and we lost parameters because empty battery. We change it, load all parameters and try to make homming. All axes start to go, came to limit switch and then stop- they don't searching index. Can you help me to resolve this problem?

i think you have over travel alarm on all axes
i always go in parameter 700 for x,701 for y,702 for z ,write down the values, than make the PWE=1 and make parameters 700,701,702=999999
    make again zero return
after finish put back in the parameters the original values you wrote down

I tried to do this, but it doesn't work. We tried also P+Can and also nothing. Is it possible that the speed after homming switch is zero?

sounds like you have absolute encoders.
    try parameter 22 bits 0,1,2,3
turn off (set to 0) the axis bits in parameter 22 (bits 0,1,2,3 for X,Y,Z,4th) doing one axis at a time, move your axis until its at the home position (manual zero return if you can do it or move the ballscrew by hand with the power off first), then set the bits back to 1.

parameter 22 should not be all 0.
follow my previous post. move to zero point and set parameter 22 bits 0,1,2,3 for each axis to 1.
that will set zero point to that position.
