Can anyone tell me if the latest version of MadCam will work on Rhino 3.0 or 4.0. I would prefer to not have to upgrade Rhino if I don't have to since I do my drawings in AutoCad and just use the Rhino to run the CAM (currently RhinoCam, but thinking of switching).

I don't think so. I know you said you would rather not update your Rhino, but I can't encourage you enough to change your mind about that. Rhino 5 is so far advanced over Rhino 4. The same can be said for madCAM 5 as opposed to 4.3.
