converting US voltage to 380 volts 3 phase European

What would be the best way to run a European motor designed to run on 380 volts 3 phase? I have single phase 220 and a rotary phase converter for 3 phase (I built this a few years ago and it will handle up to 5 hp). I do not know the specs on the motor yet. I will be getting the equipment Monday afternoon. I am not sure about control wiring voltage yet either.
    Thanks for any help.

Personally I would look at finding a 230v motor, it is probably going to cost roughly the same as trying to find a 3ph transformer to match etc, also the European motor is probably 50hz, although in all probability will run ok on 60hz.
