Pressed function 24(disable all servo motors) by mistake on AXYZ 5012 machine

Bought a 2nd Hand AXYZ machine through the company itself. It was working great. I bymistake pressed function 24 which said all motors disabled. Now the spindles dont move. After calling AXYZ they said to check inverter, and said the function wasnt a problem. It was the inverter's cooling fan. And it actually had stopped. The fan is now not available in the market, it is sunon KDE2408PTB1. The inverter is commander SE. Other fans dont work. It still shows the HF 03 error. I am confused what to do, my production is on halt from a week

You need the complete part number for the fan to determine the exact function of the third wire. With that information you should be able to find a substitute.
