    Haas VF6/50 Alarm 961

Has anyone ever had to deal with this alarm:

961 FLOPPY OFFSET NOT FOUND - This alarm is generated because FNC has lost the offset placemark it needs to correctly advance program. Try to reload program.

We have never seen this one and will come up at random times when running. We can reset and start running tool paths again.

    Thanks for the help!

Are you using FNC? Does it happen when you aren't?
    What is your software version?
    Thanks,

Yes we are running FNC and it does not happen in DNC. Software version M1609B.

Sorry for the delayed response I have been swamped! Thank you for the reply.

Can you find out the e-net card version, you can look at this on 2nd page of diagnostics , underneath the tool change counter, you will see a FV 12..xxx 13..xxx version.

How large are the files? do you run lots of sub programs?

Does the problem occur during sub program calls outs? G65 or M98
