    THK model number question

I've looked at the THK website but I can't decipher the meaning of this:

    THK HSR12 RUUM

Would this mean the rails only 12mm wide? If so would these be sufficient for a Z axis of a machine with a 1.25 hp router mounted? I found HSR 15A's but no HSR12.

    Thanks for the info.

I am guessing 12 mm. Mine hsr20's are 20 mm.

    Thanks Eric,

I kinda figured that from the website just making a logical deduction but wanted to be sure.

    Thanks again.

    HSR

The HSR series supports weight equally 4 ways the SR are best suited for horizontally and not vertical "Z" loads. The number as you stated does indicate width in mm.

The RUUM is new to me.
The link below may offer some help.
