    *Urgent* Question Regarding CNC Machine Error

    We are a manufacturing company (trade show displays) & are in need of help with our CNC machine. PLEASE HELP! See before & after photos below. The CNC machine is showing an error & will not send any job.

    that alarm is generated when the machine position and the commanded position differ by an amount greater then that specified in parameter 504.I see nothing in your photos to explain that. Your control is a 0-b or 0-c model. When does the alarm appear?

    The alarm appears when we move any of the Axes in any direction. This renders the CNC machine useless until fixed.. Another company told us that we should change the second green motherboard to the right. Any ideas of what troubleshooting steps can be performed???
