HELP! Laser Etch Bare Aluminum then anodize

i have a project to complete and need some help from fellow members here.
i was task to laser etch an gold anodize aluminum with lettering "do not torque". What is the best possible solution? The parts have not gone to the anodizing shop yet. Can i etch with ceramark on the bare aluminum and then anodize over it?

    Thanks a million

Laser after the anodizing, letters will turn white.....assuming you have a CO2 and you use the aluminum version of Cermark, all you will get a slight bond and then anodize over the bumps....again assuming the cermark isn't effected by any cleaning done before anodizing.

The cleaning process may not affect it but the anodizing process itself takes place in concentrated sulphuric acid which probably will affect it.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
