Bridgeport Torq-Cut 22 lost hard drive settings

On the Bridgeport Torq-Cut 22 we just bought, the CMOS battery was dead and the hard drive settings were therefore lost in the BIOS. We replaced the CMOS battery but we still have the issue with the hard drive. We looked up the specs of the hard drive and entered them in but it still wouldn't take them. I also read that some older motherboards will not accept a larger hard drive so we're wondering if that's the case here as well. Our hard drive is a Quantum Fireball ST 1.6AT (1.6Gb). Does someone have the same hard drive? If so, can you let me know what settings you have in the BIOS so we can try them? Thanks!

Try setting your harddrive in the bios to:
    1024 cylinders 16 heads, 63 sectors 504mb
and see if that gets you going
There is so much info on here about this for the searching.
    Good luck
