Change Motor voltage from 110v to 220v

Hi, Im new to the forum and I hope Im doing this wright. I have a table top mill/drill. I been using it for about three years now and I been want it to wire the motor for 220v for long time. (its the RF-31 I think). it doesnt have any lavels. But by searching to see how to wire it I found out its the Central machinery brand, same size as the RF-31. Hope someone can help me on how to wire it for the 220v. I keep looking at the wiring diagram on the motor cover but it doesnt make any sense to me even on how its wire for the 110v now. I posting some pics so you can see how it is now. if pics are not too clear let me try to do it here as well. Thank you in advance. The two black lose wires are for the circuit protection.

If I want to switch rotation need to change wires 5- 6

    The way it is now.

    1-3 ----------------------------one side of protection

    other side of protection---------withe wire

    4-2----------------------------black wire

Hi, AL. Thank you for you reply. Im confuse the way is wire and the way it show in diagram, diagram shows legs 1,3,5 to line 1 and legs 2,4,6 to line 2 for 110v. But the way the motor is wire 4 different terminals, thats what confuse me and I dont want to burn my motor.
