Question someone to build my prototype

i have just a detailed drawing of something i want built and was wonder what the price will be? i am looking for the best price so if someone has already replied than YOU should too.

O.K it is a circle 12 inch diameter with a cross in the midle made out of 1/8 aluminuim rod! (it will look like a pie chart with 4 equal parts) i need that to be rigged to something so it will spin kinda like a faress wheel! then i need a 1 inch steel ball on each segment of the "cross" that will slide and spin on the rods! then i also need a wheel on each side of each ball 1 inch i diameter that will spin aswell!

total 4 balls and 8 wheels

if this is the wrong forum i am sorry i can not post anywhere else

Sounds interesting Is this a precision instrument will it need continous bearings pressed in the steel balls and bearings on the wheels? Will it need to be balanced? I don't know what your trying to accomplish but make sure without a doubt this is the design you want built. I work in a prototype shop and there is a lot of people that waste a lot of money on prototypes just to find out it doesn't do what they excpected and that might have been common knowledge to some one else. Not insulting your intelligence just looking out for your best interest. I would like to take a look at what you have send me a drawing or sketch if you can [email protected]

    How well documented is it?
Do you have detailed CAD drawings or drafts of each part?
Or is this strictly verbal instructions accompanied with a sketch on a napkin like most engineers in a hurry do?

It's not what you take away, it's what you are left with that counts!
