does anyone know how to stop/ minimise the black residue that occurs when you laser engrave silicone wristbands?

Not too sure if I should go for a different manufacturer of the wristbands or if this happens to everyone regardless.

I'm VERY new to the business so would appreciate any help or advice.

1. Please pay attention to the speed and focal length, try with different setting
2. Maybe you can use a more powerful air compressor. Please pay attention to the air out direction with the laser head.
3. Spay some water before engraving...
