    Citizen A20 Parts Counter

Is there any way for the parts counter to increment while the machine is in One Cycle mode? Currently, the parts counter only increments in Continuous mode. I stop the machine for inspections and I would like to maintain an accurate count without changing the counter.

I looked through the Citizen programmers, operators and maintenance manuals for a parameter that might toggle between counting and not counting in one cycle mode, but to no avail.

    (Using a A20, Type 7)

    Thanks,
    Dan

M56-Counter- Increments parts counter by one if in CONTINUOUS CYCLE MODE
This can be changed to any CYCLE MODE by changing PC-PRM KEEP-RL
    # K00 bit 4 to a 1.

Great, thanks, I'll check that out this afternoon.

Is that like changing a parameter? I've never changed a keep relay?

Enable PWE by pressing Offset, Setting then goto PWE by using the cursor keys and “1” INPUT. An alarm is now on.

Press Maint. , PARAM, >, PMCMNT, > KEEPRL. Cursor to K00 bit 4 and press “1” INPUT.

Then go back to PWE and change back to 0.
