Master Cam Tappered wall. Work from bottom up?

I have a part 1.5" thick 4140 I just need to rough out a 15* wall in them. I am milling this out with a 3/4" .06 rad corner end mill. I want to start at the bottom and work up? this way I will use the whole cutter, not just the last 1/16th of it.
I can not figure out how to make it work in this direction? if its even possible? The finish with "stair steps" is not a problem in this job at all.
    Thanks,

Are you using a wireframe toolpath, or surfacing
    - wireframe works from the top down

suggest using Surface Finish Flowline and setting the cut/flow options to suit your needs----your stepover is controlled by "Cusp height"

The contact point on the cutter corner radius is still going to do all the finishing,
    - Rough the slope with a tip cutter, this leaves the steps, then run the bullnose ( it will relieve side pressure on your finishing cutter, giving a better surface )

Also there are more option based on what version you are running in HST paths for surfacing. Wire is easy. just set the angle.
