    inner diameter oval

Hi. I'm turning a component on a mazak qts 300 and my part is coming off oval on the inner diameter. It is the right measurment when I check it staight accross and up to down with a internal mike but at least 0.03 oval when I check it diaganol . The jaws are bored out to the same as my od and my chuck pressure is on 100 psi. Can't figure out why I'm not turning a perfect bore. Any help would be appreciated.

    My component is ally

maybe you can check turret alignment ( center boring bar to center of spindle ) or you can check ran out of the spindle....
