Friends,

we are using a 4th Axis DDR for indexing and working fine. We tried to install a new fixture so we disconnect the DDR in the machine and connect another DDR similar to the one inside the machine outside for testing. The problem occurs when we power up an APC alarm comes on. we manage to get rid of this alarm by changing parameter 1815. The problem is when i tried to run the existing program I was running, when it reaches on the line G28 X0.0 Y0.0 A0.0 it stops and alarm comes onPS0304 G28 IS COMMANDED WITHOUT ZERO RETURN. I Can't move the DDR via handle also. All other axis can be reference. Please
help how to zero reference the DDR.

Try going through the servo motor origin restoration on the quick side of the control. For this to work you may have to change 1815 bit back to a 0.
