    Star VNC 32 Blowing fuses on startup.

    I think it's in the power board, a 3.2 amp that blows every time we turn it on. I've tried to take pics of where it is located.

    If it is on the I/O board, try removing the I/O Honda plugs and replace one at a time to assist in locating the source.
    If the fuse stays in, then check the particular wiring and devices fed from the offending Honda plug.
