This is how buttons and thumbpad are configured to work in Mach3Mill.

What a deal - thanks for that - gotta go run to the op-shops now and find one too! Jim
Experience is the BEST Teacher. Is that why it usually arrives in a shower of sparks, flash of light, loud bang, a cloud of smoke, AND -- a BILL to pay? You usually get it -- just after you need it.

great upgrade to your system. I should really start running mach3 and enjoy all the extra goodies

Using keygrabber can you move the X & Y axis at the same time?
Am using an XBox wireless controller. Using a mixture of Mach3 Xboxplugin for combined axis movement(as I can't seem to do this with keygrabber) and keygrabber to enable macros(edge finder offset and zeroplate) as the plugin has limited options.

When using the Xboxplugin from Mach3 site yes I can jog both X & Y as a combined jog with the left joystick.
see my Xboxplugin config below.

Here are how my xbox360 commands Mach3.

Thanks for posting Michael. I too am using the XBox plugin. Its a great plugin Lee has created.
The only disadvantages I see with it are:-
It jogs at half speed when using one axis.
Macros/hotkeys cant be assigned.
Not all the buttons are released.
Lee is aware some of these issues and will no doubt update the plugin in the future.
By combining the keygrabber and the plugin I can now activate all the buttons but still keep the combined axis movement(just have to live with half speed jogging). I was just wondering if their is a way to confingure keygrabber for combined axis movement and keep full jog speed when operating one axis?

1. To make things clearer I am NOT using keygrabber associated with Lee's plugin. just the plugin.
2. if I want to jog axii faster I press several clicks on the left shoulder button (or the right button to decrease jog %). See the changes by hitting your TAB key on your keyboard.
3. Not using keygrabber associated with a "Screen modifier" in this case will not let you (I think) assign Macros/hotkeys to a specific button i.e you just use the specific menus under each button in Xbox plugin Config Mode.
This is anyway how I use my Xbox360 for Mach3Mill.
I USE IT NOW ALSO for Mach3Turn WHICH I COULD NOT DO WITH MY CHEAP GAMEPAD SUCCESSFULLY.
Everything is set up as for Mill config and has the same behaviour except for the spindle button. But here I think I know the fix and will try, later today, to assign a different hotkey <S> to the spindle button by modifying with screen4.

I bought a logitech wireless usb rumblepad and it works great. I only needed the Logitech utility to program it for Mach3 just like it was another game. $28.00....priceless..
Is this the one?

"...With its two vibration feedback motors, you'll experience every turn, bump, dip, and crash..."
How ironic.

That be da one!
How to use you key grabber? Where can i access the config for my gamepad? I can't seem to assign any of the buttons to mach3. If i enable the joystick plugin, it does work.
