    Hi All,

sometimes when i'm trying to cut some MDF board on my router using mach 3 the Z axis going too deep while cutting, when at mach 3 screen showing it's cutting at 2 mm depth but on the board it starts at 2mm and end about 5 or 6 mm, the G code generated by Vectric aspire ,
i attached i pic showing how it cutting , does anyone had this issue before??
(my driver is G540 with Nema 23 steppers)
usually when this happens i close mach 3 and cut the board again using the same G code file and it works well

    Regards

I have a router table and sometimes when I'm pushing it hard the router bit will rise up out of the router collet and cut gradually deeper into my piece.

Just thought it was worth mentioning in case this is what is happening to you causing the deeper cuts. Can fix it be really really tightening the bit so it doesn't move, or being a bit more gentler in the feed rate I guess.
