    Parrallel port hookup

Its my understanding that turbocnc can control your motors without any controllor boards or anything, straight connect to your motors.

Anyone know of this or have links that can explain? Al i have found here in search and reading is that is it explained on their website, but i could not find where it is at all, and i think i clicked every link on that site.

    thanks, Joe

You can't run steppers directly from the parallel port. But, there was some discussion of this about a week ago on the DIY CNC group @ Yahoo groups. You might want to join the group and read through the messages from the last 2 weeks.
