Hi Hemikiller..
Thank you for your help..
My Machine Amada shearing H-3013 the hydraulic oil temperature is very hot/high (we can't touch the cylinder and the pipe because it's very hot).. i'm still checking what caused the problem..
As I checked on the manual for the hydraulic oil supposed to use Shell tellus 27 but currently I used shell tellus 46.. Do you think the problem because of this??
Or setting pressure on the hydraulic valve (RV, PRV and URV) not properly??
Regards..
1st off you need to run the correct oil. Amada techs dont put in various oils and record what happens. 2nd I would check your accumulator pressure. When ram reaches bottom of stroke do you hear a loud bang? That means safety valve is kicking in. Low on nitrogen. #3 They do run pretty hot, maybe you never noticed before.
Best regards,
Dear Amadajoe,
Thank you for your feedback..
Last time I check accumulator pressure +- 60 bar, bigger than standard on the manual (around 30 bar )
And how to setting RV, PRV, and URV valve? Currently I check the machine it's fully adjusted/not properly adjusted.
Because i think this machine also have problem low pressure..
Your help very appreciated.
Regards,.
Why are you overcharged on your accumulator? If you are @ 60 bar and manual says 30. You need to drop it big time. I have never had any reason to adjust valves. If you are going to move valves, measure thread with a caliper so you can set back to original condition.
