    A tribute to Roger Paul

Those of you who were subscribers to the wonderful but now defunct, "Strictly IC" magazine may enjoy these photos. First some background: Roger Paul was an extraordinarily skilled machinist and MICE enthusiast who contributed to SIC for years. I was having a wonderful and valued relationship with this gentleman via email. We shared ideas, photos, and typical IC dreams. Roger was deep into a 1/4-scale Rolls-Royce Merlin project, see http://www.quarterscalemerlin.com as well as a Wren turboprop. One day last July, I opened an email from Roger, hoping for more news of his project, but it was an email from his wife; Roger had died of a heart attack. A really nice guy had moved on. Anyway, I was going through some old email and found these photos, a testament to his skill. I hope you enjoy them.
