    replacement screws!!!

I need to replace my screws the x axis is 57'' overall the pitch is 4 and it was 1 inch in dia. The y axis is 37'' overall the pitch is also 4 and 1 inch in dia. The mill is a ycm 16 vs 3hp. With Anilam retrofit cnc package 1100s controls. I would like to get a high precision ground screw that I could just slide in and rebolt everything back together. Does anyone have a solution? would greatly appreciate any info.

Try this site roton.com . I dont know if you are using acme screws or ballscrews but they are both offered in 4 threads per inch.

    Ball Screw Assembly

If you have ball screws now, they may be repaired for a fraction of the cost of new. If they are not repairable, they can be replaced with new -
