    I guess improvements never end.
It has been brought to my attention by our Australian friend that my screen set needs further modification. I am will be happy to do implement more changes as requested, unfortunately time devoted costs me money. Further development and refining will take time away from my daily production. I can only do it with your support. I do not sell my screen set I contribute to world wide community. What I can only ask in return and help me out is contributions from users that that use my screen set.

If you like to see any improvements need to be made feel free to post here as well as donating what you can. Donations can be send via Pay Pal to createdbythomas at gmail dot com

    Thank you for all support.

You can do that with the free demo version. I made enough money running the free version to pay for my license in a month.

You can get bugs out with free version. Limitations apply.
Then just copy License file to mach3 directory.

You need to have limit switches and one free input for probing.
Probing is used for touch off.

In your case it would help to have also limit switch on slaved axis to square gantry. Just a pointer as I also have similar setup

    Smile Bad character used

[QUOTE=Big-tex;907616]Probing is used for touch off.

Sorry to jump in, but I have a small question. I downloaded your touch off script and just love it. It took a little while to make it work as I know zero about Visual Basic scripts. Once I figured out that I had to remove the colans duh, the probing worked like a charm. The only thing that's not perfect is I get the message "bad character used". It dosn't stop the program from working but its there. If I put the colans back and remove the retract amount, the program stops working, but the error message is gone. I'm sure its me, but I thought I would ask. Once again thank you very much, I love it.

It think it could be 3 things.
    1. way you have you machine set up.
    2. coolant may interfere with electrical connectivity.
    3. g-code another words postprocessor creating final program.

What do you use for you CAM?

[QUOTE=Big-tex;910314]Sorry I was thinking and concentrating on something.
    I'm using version R3.043.022
The lines that produce the error in the script is as follows

ZNew = PlateOffset + CalcRetract 'calc retract
Code "G0 Z" & ZNew 'put the Z retract height you want here
    Code "G53 G0 Z2.0" & Zretract

If I ' out all those lines the error disappears but the script stops working.
    I hope this helps.
If I can get past this little problem I will definitely donate.
    John
