Does anyone know how to turn on ez guide on this control.

If the control is ready with MGi files (you should see Manual Guide loading ..... screen when control is booting) then you can check MP14700#7 = 0

or hit the custom button on the fanuc screen...

this also shows a option EZ-I (easy guide)
this happens when tool load monitoring is installed

if you see the EZ-I under the custom button press it, still no manual guide switch to edit or memory mode and press prog (some times hit prog twice)

Has anyone had problems with the waylube system in the 400LM. Keep getting waylube alarm, tank is full, no leaks. I am baffled.

Contact your local dealer and order a new float switch. Occationally u get a bad 1. Pop the top and you will see 2 or three wires attached to the top of the long tube that enters the waylube tank , remove wires with power off and replace the "float switch"
