Can V9 leave "tabs" to hold parts?

I'd like to leave a .020-.030 thick tabs in various locations around a part, can V9 do this automatically somehow? I break up chains to do it now and its a giant PITA.

V9 mill can't do it automatically.
The hardest thing for people to learn, is how to make MasterCam behave and produce code the way YOU want it to.
Yes, you are correct, it is a PITA to have to break the contours up to leave tabs but, you ALONE are responsible for the produced code.
If that's what you have to do, it's what you have to do.
No cad system can do the thinking and planning for you.
    Plain and simple.

Just LOL! all he asked was could it do it....

NO it can not ......... x3 and x4 can in mill or router FYI, If it was me I would be upgrading to x4 asap and be done with it all.

    Hope that helps!

My apologies if my first post came across as a rant, as one member has alluded.
I should know better than to respond after driving a big rig truck for 650 miles.
I tend to get cranky when I'm tried.

Inkydo69 , mastercam has been offer the option for tabs on the mill side before X3 so you know. it was imported from the router side.
