The "Test This Axis" function ignores home and limit switches, and WILL run out of travel if you try to jog too far.

I'm little confused what you ask. If you use chain/sprocket then just enter the number of teeth into stepconf. #25 ... I don't understand.. Metric country here.
Do you have just sprocket on motor and chain drive to gantry?

    What drive chain you have?
Do you have sprocket on motor and chain drive to gantry?

Or you have sprocket on motor and another one in lead screw? If so what leadscrew?

... or at least photo of drive mechanism...

i have motor then sprocket, the sprocket is on the motor( sprocket 9 teeth pitch 1/4) then chain(ANSI chain #25 pitch 1/4) the motor in on the axis no leadswear. the chain is the drive right of the motor.

    thank you

So you machine does 9 x 1/4 move on each turn.
So your pitch is 2.25" per revolution.
If you use Fullstep at 200/Steps/Rev then you have 0.01125" move each step.
In HalfStep you have 0.005625" resolution

    so for basic just enter:
    Motor steps per revolution 200
    Microstepping 1
    Pulley 1:1
Leadscrew pitch 0.444444444444 rev/inch (you need to make 0.44 turns for 1 inch travel)
And other as you have on machine.

For adding image just look little lower of box where you type. There is button named "Manage Attachment" .. Be careful as image can't be so big. read instructions.

Your stepper drivers use 16x microstepping? What driver is this? Are you guessing at settings? You'll get accurate performance only by going through each step correctly.

Most machines that I've used set Machine Zero (home) at one corner of the travel, or a short distance (.100" or less) from the limits.
