This is the info they gave me ....( 2009 for atc). I would suggest to everyone that is looking for a spindle do the following. Find a spindle your interest in get price for qty 10 ie water-cooled 2kw er-20 od 100mm etc... note vfd NOT included.

when you got 10 people in line to order.... send one email with everyone on list.... cc email everyone on the email.. confirm pricing..... get the best price you can.... then everyone will pay for there own unit pay and for shiping f.o.b. just get a CNC ZONE group pricing deal. pricing shown is for qty 1.

    $460 VS $810..

Why are both 220V 3KW watercooled ER20 collet spindles different prices?

Also, any cheap way to boost my voltage from 220--->380 so i can jump on a larger model? I'm in a residential area.

    Thanks Eloid.

boost my voltage from 220--->380 ... you need Transformer...for that... or...

as per there comments to me... they can ....and will built to suit... so get one 220v 3kw with the current you want! and rpm thus no transformer needed!!! eh!

I will probably just shoot for a 3KW watercooled spindle, 220V.
I looked @ the website but im not quite sure which "model" would work for me. I mainly want to do aluminum and other metals. SO i went under "electric" spindles and they break down into engraving, grinding, machining center, milling turning. Kinda lost which one is the best for my application. I shot him an email asking for a spindle and inverter quote so maybe he can point me in the right direction. Which one were you looking @ Eloid? Maybe you know which ones are better?
