I am a new to laser engraving/cutting machine. But as I know when we want to cut/engraving metal materials, we usually choose CNC cutting/engraving machines. Recently, I found a machine which is belong to laser system but can engraving metal also. The machine is called named, http://www.yorklaser.com/yag_laser_marking_machine.html

I would like to know if I want to cut some metal materials, which will be better, CNC or YAG?

To cut sheet metal you need LASER or PLASMA or WATERJET. You will not be able cut metal with laser from link you provide.
