    Index pulses in diags but machturn doesn't see it anywhere else

    Index pulses in diags but machturn doesn't see it anywhere else. I am using the latest lockdown version and an old reliable machine. I can't calibrate spindle or thread.

    i have the same problem just rebuilt my lathe got it running today
    loaded newest lockdown version works in diag. not on manual or auto
    it did work on this lathe last year i can not remember what version of
    machine 3 i used but i am using same index sensor i set spindle real
    slow and watch index light blink in diag. screen thanks

    I think you have to tell mach the spindle is on by m3 or m4.... (it's new)

    yes you are right you also have to tell it you have a sindle relay even
    if you do not thanks all works now thanks kinda thought but tried the
    m3 thing but did not work till i faked the relay
