    Hi Dave

Not sure if I did it the correct way but it seemed to work OK, you would be the best judge of whether the geometry is now what you wanted !!

Anyway, here is what I did :-

    1) Went to "Utilities" then to "Break" then to "Divide" and broke each of the circles that had the be "joined" by the 0.18 rad into 4 (Quadrants).

    2) Next I went to "Arcs" then to "Fillet" and set it to the 0.18 rad required

    3) Then did a normal fillet operation from one quadrant to the one on the other circle and the result is what I posted.

    Worked out pretty easy really

Have a go yourself and see if it works for you, FYI I am on Build 1493

    Regards
    Rob

To be honest unless you need the better Lathe updates in 1595 and you are mostly doing mill work then you would be better sticking with 1493 for now, it seems to be the more stable of the 2 !!!
