    Question plutp-P board encoder inputs

I have AMT102 encoders .They output max 5mA current TTL signals and nothing counts when i rotate encoder. Do i need to give pull up resistors for inputs?

Any shematics for input signals will be wellcome

You shouldn't if it is TTL compatible, it depends on what you are driving in to?
Try them on their own with a 2k PU resistor if necessary to test.
