Servo Drive hard to get out of fault

I have some CSD servo controllers. I was told they were Phelps controllers. I have wired them like 320 gecko's. They seem to work very well. But here is the problem. I have to turn the power on and off 4 or 5 times before they will come out of fault. Do you have any idea how to correct this. I have attached a drawing of how I have them wired.
    Thanks Ed
