    Julio,

Here is a URL to a book of dinosaur plans.
    http://www.cambiumbooks.com/books/to...es/1565232445/
The title is "Make Your Own Model Dinosaurs: 7 Prehistoric Patterns for the Scroll Saw".

I cut a few of the trex, and cleaned up the drawings that were on the 'net.
But I have them all mixed up.
This one is for 1/8" material, yes it's in inches, sorry.
I'll post a picture as soon as I can find it.

Here's another project you might like. An eagle on the globe. The gcode file is
included for a .125 router bit.
If the size (about 22" x 15" is too large, I can send you the files broken up into smaller sizes.

    Whoops forgot a picture

    Really nice stuff guys!

Thanks for the links and the zip file downloads. I think I am going to try both of those projects soon. Should be fun. I think I might make a quick vaccume table for the router to hold the sheet down.

    thanks again!

Here's the eagle broken down to smaller files, let me know what else you need, the Z axis goes up to 3" after the program is done.
You can use Flashcam to see the sizes req'd....Jim

OK, but how do you use the font images and convert them to something usable by a router?

    Help

How Does It Go Together? I cut the small Dino using a 1/16 cutter and 1/8 plywood and it worked great. But now I'm having trouble putting the pieces together into the shape of a T-rex. Anybody have a picture of a assembled Dino? Maybe I should give it to my kid to assemble!
I had to touch up the .dxf on auotocad at school to close or join some of the pieces. It was a fun project, I wasn't a fan of dinosaur skeletons before but now I'm hooked.
    Thanks
    Jerry

Can you convert the eagle to .dxf please, it`s now a .fgc file and autocad or solid edge will not open it.
