Easy. You set c axis control on manual wheel. Manual mode, C axis engage and place the spindle orientation according indicator or workpiece or whatever.
Then go to zerro offset screen and there You set what is the position of C axis (spindle orientation) by pressing C position value <write>. If C <write>, You have zero position of C axis.
C is soft key "calculate" it's F3 most likely.

Thank you, do you know how adjust the position orientation in the magazine, because we disasembly it, the Z axis crash with the magazine and broken it, then we repaired it, we think that the tool proximity sensor in the spindle fails, so the spindle down over the magazine with tool but at the magazine had a tool present.
We need to adjust the tool position in the magazine, right now the position it's number 9, but on the screen it's 7 (pocket).

Maybe mechanical adjustment will be better for You. Need to know all situation in details for parameter adjustment. Need to check if MA axis encoder offset is correct, if magazine pot positions offsets are correct.
If You know the reason of mismatch, it's good to act on this basis.

    Red face Thanks again!

Thanks so much! The machine working after mechanical adjustment did.
Right now we have an alarm "4710 Drive Magazine Not Ready" We changed the drive, but the alarm appears again, do you have some idea what's happening?

Most likely this alarm is just resetable one. Does it appears on machine start only?

so it could be because of main power capacitor charge/ leak disbalance. Perhaps, start machine with Emergency stop and release emergency stop after some minutes. If this only reason, no need to do anything there.

    The problem persists

I did the test, pushing the stop emergency button, but the alarm appears again, do you have another idea?

    do you have another idea?
    a lot of ideas :-) .
so, alarm is not resetable and appears each time with power on, right? It appears each time when control voltage (+24V) on, right?
check voltage of +24V power supply

    Unhappy No yet

The 24 VDC are OK, I can see the yellow leds on the drives Z, X and Y axis light on.

Try to dismount resistors, which are in parallel to power capacitors of drive unit. This will make charge/ discharge disbalanced to faster charge side. So You will decide whether power capacitors are weakened and need replacement.

We don't have C axis, only spindle, but I can't find the zero offset screen to adjust the spindle orientation, I've setting the bit 7 parameter 16 to 1, but the screen not appears, do you have some idea how can adjust it? another way, maybe?
