I am looking to replace one of my manual lathes, and was looking for some input on what the best quality manual options are. I looking for a medium sized machine, new not used.

I have a CNC already, but I have several machinist, and need the manuals still.

Thanks for any input. Price is really not as important as quality and dependability.

Maybe so... but being that we are US Military... I'd prefer to stick with american made...

Standard Modern from Canada used to be popular with the US gov. Don't know if they still make them though.

There are many very good manual lathes, it depends on what size machine you want, & how much you want to spend, these are all good machines
