    Aluminum T-slot workspace

I see some routers seem to use a LARGE aluminum T-slot piece for the work area. At least that's what I recall seeing.

Is that one piece, or a bunch of narrower pieces bolted to the frame? Who supplies this sort of thing?

OK... good link. Anything wider though? Like 4 ft?

I could always butt pieces side-by-side, but that's not going to get the best flatness overall. It'd be bolted to 8020 going the other direction underneath though, so it'd still be pretty flat.
