How do you simulate with welded beams?

I have an assembly in Solidworks which is primarily made of square tubing which is welded together. How do I tell Solidworks COSMOS that the square tubing is welded together?

The joints are not at the ends of the beams either, so the automatic joint stuff wont work.
Stuff i can use: AutoCAD 2010, AutoCAD Inventor 2010, Solidworks 2009, MasterCAM X2/X4, CNC's FADAL, and Hurco 3-axis CNC Mill

I would like to know as well. I am working on a headache rack and would like to simulate the complete part.

I believe you need the full version of cosmos FEA to do this.

If I remember correctly, I have saved things like that as a part (single entity) to run tests on. It will not be truly accurate but in some cases close is OK.
