    fanuc 10m on a victor v center 4

    Hello I need some help my encoder on the x axes makes a humming nose when it is being moved left or in the + position and when it is just sitting in idle, does not make any noise when being moved right or in the - position. any hepl?

    first of all is easy for us if u give us some detail about u machine:

    brand,model etc and how the noise apeear.---suddenly?
    or u lost some parameters or u modified them?

    more details more easy to help u

    fanuc yellow cap servo

    I have a victor vcenter 4 with a fanuc 10m controller, the x axes motor makes noise when you are moving it in the left position or in positive direction its does not make any noise going the other direction is there a parameter that I need to look at or is there a motor issue it has no drag on the ball screw . Please help

    Help

    today I turned my machine on to try and find why the x servo is making noise and it keeps having a alarm message Sv00 X Tachogenerator Disconnect,
    SV013 X Improper V_Ready Off On the servo drive board a lite is on and beside the light is has GLS. Any Ideas

    fanuc velocity drive A06B-6047-H208

    Hello, my x servo is jerking when moving in counter clock wise I have changed servo motor and still does it changed cable still same problem, you can allso stop the servo with your hand, has anybody ever had this problem? I think it is the velocity drive any help???????

    Try to switch servo amplifier. Look jumpers before.

    I can not switch because the drive is a dual axes drive

    Your servo drive is defective. You have to send it to a Fanuc repair center.

    Exclamation V-Center 4

    Hello Guys

    We have a V-Center 4
    S/N: NK-1217

    After not using the ATC for the last two years we are now trying to get it going again. We are a bit stuck not having any of the Keep relay or counter data.

    Can anyone assist me in providing the info that we need.

    We are in a bit of trouble after trying to do a tool change our Z axis and spindle are now inhibited and are unable to run any cycle example: (M03s200; or G0X0)

    We suspect a keep relay or tool data that needs to be changed.
    And someone decided that we do not need our manuals anymore and tossed it we need some assistance
