Hi, I have to made a motorcycle part with a very large program.

Tha manual tell about the BTR mode to run large program but I have never tried this method.

Can anyone help me about this??

Hi, I try the BTR method and It works fine.... but I have another little problem NOW....

The DNC software (I test sameone) transfer the file right but It can't stop the transfer and I (since today) relaunched the transfer so that to force the closing of the file (otherwise they miss some lines of program)

I think that is a error in the configuration but I don't know which is...

Is possible that I made a mistake in the program end line??

You must place a "Control D" character at the end of the file. In Window XP there is no way that I know to make a control D character. So what you can do is save a file from the machine, then "cut and paste" the character in Notepad. Control D character looks like a small square box.

If I transfer a program from the CNC to the PC there isn't a "Control D" caracter... the file finish with

N... M30

in the line "empty" after the M30 line I can look a "space" caracter in my DNC program....

Don't open the file with DNC program. Open it with Windows Notepad, you will see it
