Question how to calculate the cutting force for a rough end milling operation

Can anybody suggest how to calculate the cutting force for a rough end mill operation?
It would be helpful if one can provide the formulae (in metric units) for rough end mill operation.
    It is very urgent. Thanks!!!

Not sure if you specifically need the forces, or just machine settings. If that latter, this is a great tool to use:

Question how to calculate the cutting force in rough end mill operation

I would like to know how to calculate the cutting force exerted by the end mill cutter on the work piece during rough machining process.
Please suggest me the formulae to calculate the cutting force.

I think you are asking the uncalculable. Just a slight difference in the sharpness of a tool will change the force tremendously.

IIRC there are equations in some manufacturing engineering text books to calculate that. I'm sure they are loaded with emperically derived constants that probably go out the window when the cutter gets dull, as mentioned. I'll take look tomorrow at the office.
