I need to select 10ft long precision rolled ball screws and Linear rails.. What is the best company out their to purchase with...?
The size of ball screw: 1 inch dia
The size of Linear rail: 1.5inch

1" ballscrew 10 ft. long?

What kinds of speeds are you looking to get? With that length, I think that you are going to have to go with a much larger diameter ball screw if you want any kind of speed at all. Check out Nook's website. http://www.nookindustries.com/ball/BallHome.cfm , there is a link there to ball screw calculators. The Critical Speed chart is an eye opener. A 10ft long 1" ball screw tops out well under 100ipm. On the other hand, you can probably get away with smaller linear rails...
You might also want to look at something like Mike Everman's ServoBelt system: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59570

Yaa ..I have seen that website.. Actually i want to fabricate a router for drilling Steel and exotic material...Hence, the router will be very heavy and rigid.. A lot of weight to move on carriage.. I don't think the belt will work for it... I think i no need high IPM... I need IPM within 70...
I suppose 1000Kg of moving Gantry weight....

I believe you will need much larger diameter screws and nuts to withstand the motion/momentum of your 1,000 Kg gantry.
For drilling in steel and other exotic materials, the screw/nut combination and servo lock capability must counteract the oscillation forces generated. The same is true for boring.

yes, Todays I raised Price enquiries to NOOK and HIWIN for
1- 40mm/50mm Linear rails
2- 40mm / 50mm ball screws 3100mm long
I am also thinking of to drive the table withsprocket chain arrangement..
Furthermore, I am thinking of Using MITSUBISHI servos (1.2KW) with matching drives...
Actually, I am planning to CNC the Radial Drill MAchine... I have to fabricate the Table.. and will install the servos on the radial arm to move the spindle head..

I would not use a radial drill as the base for a CNC X-Y table motion.
That said, there was a radial drill built years ago that had a column from the base of the machine to the extreme end of the radial arm. I believe the brand name was "Volstro" or something like that. I think they are referred to as Coordinate Drilling Machines.
I believe you could modify a radial drill in the same way. You would have a bridge type machine that had an elevating arm, a usable quill type spindle and a table moving in the X-Y axis under the spindle.
However, I do not believe such a machine's spindle bearings would be sufficient for anything but very light milling.
